After you see the above screen enter the name of the show that you wanna track in the search bar on the top of the screen and you will see the following screen after you hit the search button
You will see that the 1st result is YOUNG SHELDON
All you need to do now to start tracking this show is press the CHECK and then it will turn GREEN and the show is added to your tracking list.
Now you go back on the home screen and you will see Young Sheldon in your tracking list.
when clicking on the show you added you will see the list of seasons that have been aired and also when the next one will be aired. After see a show you have to manually enter it by clicking on the check button after the episode.

To add the shows as shown in the image you need to click on the plus sign in the circle which is in the bottom right of the screen. After that, the following screen will be shown

How to add movies in watchlist?
To add Movies in your watchlist the 1st thing you need to do is click on the three lines in the top left corner of your screen which will take you to the following screen
After you see the following screen you need to click on movies and the following screen would appear before you
To add a movie in your watchlist all you need to do is search the movie and add it by clicking on the CHECK button which will turn GREEN when the movie is added to your watchlist.

The major thing that attracts me to this app is the feature called Statistics
which you can access by clicking on the three lines and then the statistics menu which will give the following screen
